How To Keep Makeup From Smudging Off

As we all become accustomed to the 'new normal' (and hearing that phrase at least twice a day), we've accepted that face up masks take go our only permanent accessory.
Whilst there's been a lot of talk online about masks causing spots and the rise of 'maskne', there has been far less chat about the problem I keep facing whenever I wear my mask with makeup...
The dreaded transfer.
Every time I decide to really make an effort and put some foundation on, half of it, no, three quarters of information technology, ends up on the inside of my mask.

Then, do I have to requite upwardly my favourite dewy foundation finishes?
"The trouble with glossy foundations is that they aren't built for a difficult-living mask-wearing lifestyle, because the glow they give is normally created with oil," I tin can practically feel my optics watering as Dom tells me the worst.
"My advice is to change to a matte foundation that will stay put for longer and only add the glow equally a finishing touch to the areas of the skin that can be seen above the face mask, like your cheek bones. I love MAC'due south Foam Colour Base for a not-tacky glow, and if you add a drop of facial oil into the pan before rubbing it in with your finger, you get a glow that we create backstage during fashion week.
